How Delivery Works at Loews
Loews Kansas City is purpose-built for convention attendees, and their bell-stand workflow is tuned accordingly. We deliver your scooter ahead of your check-in window — typically by late morning on arrival day. The scooter is tagged with your name, date of arrival, and rental period. The bell captain stages it and hands it to you at check-in alongside any luggage you’re picking up. There is no stop at the front desk for a rental agreement; no paperwork at all on the hotel side.
Return works the same way. On departure morning, return the scooter to the bell stand on your way out. Our driver collects the same day.
Accessibility at Loews Kansas City
Loews opened in 2020 and was designed from the ground up to current ADA standards. The main lobby, elevators, restaurants, meeting rooms, and the skywalk connection to Bartle Hall are all fully accessible. Accessible rooms are available on every floor with:
- Roll-in showers with grab bars and fold-down seats
- Accessible-height vanities and bathroom fixtures
- Wide door clearances and turning radius throughout the room
- Clear floor space to park a scooter beside the bed
The fitness center, pool deck, and concierge amenities are all accessible. The Loews in-house restaurant Town Company has accessible seating throughout.
What’s Walkable From Loews
The signature draw is the skywalk connection to Bartle Hall / Kansas City Convention Center — no outdoor transit needed between hotel and show floor. Beyond that:
- Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts — short distance south
- Power & Light District — 5-minute roll for dinner and entertainment
- Crossroads Arts District — south of the hotel, rolling-accessible
- T-Mobile Center — adjacent to the hotel complex
- KC Streetcar — the Main Street line stops nearby, free to ride
For visitors combining a convention weekend with leisure time, Loews is the simplest single-base KC stay in our delivery network.
