How Delivery Works at the Westin Crown Center
Standard Westin bell-stand workflow. Delivery lands ahead of your check-in, the scooter is tagged and staged with the bell captain, and you take possession at check-in with your luggage. The Westin is a high-volume bell operation — our delivery fits in with the normal flow and there’s rarely any coordination friction.
Accessibility at the Westin Crown Center
The Westin is a large full-service property with particular strengths for mobility-equipment users:
- Indoor-connected routing. The Link skywalk system connects the Westin to Crown Center Shops (where Crayola Experience, the Hallmark Visitors Center, and restaurants live), to the Sheraton Crown Center, and to Union Station. From the Westin elevator to Union Station’s main hall, you never go outdoors.
- Accessible rooms with roll-in showers on multiple floors, range of configurations including accessible suites
- Accessible event and meeting space — the Westin hosts many conferences, and meeting rooms are elevator-accessible with accessible seating
- Multiple accessible dining options on-property
- Pool and fitness center both accessible
- Valet and self-park both with accessible options
